Our restaurant was created to honor and celebrate the farmers and producers in this region. We offer a weekly a’la carte menu and a multi-course tasting menu, which tell the story of Oklahoma and surrounding states filled with unique history and tradition. While embracing the optimism of settlers into Native lands we also look soberly at the pain, suffering and broken promises of our Oklahoma history and balance the two with thoughtful preparation and relationship building in our community. Our focus is on hospitably. Everyone is welcome at our table.
THE MENU
The dining experience at FarmBar is not like the experience at most restaurants…
The heart of the FarmBar experience is our multi-course tasting menu, offered Wed through Sat nights each week. If you select our tasting menu for your experience with us, you will be served whatever the chefs design for the menu for the evening. Some courses will be a few bites; others will be more substantial, ensuring that you will leave satisfied.
On Tue nights, we offer pop-up menus. One week, we may offer Burger Night. Another night we may feature something like meatloaf. Watch our social media for announcements of upcoming pop-up menus.
On Wed and Thu nights, we also offer a seasonal a la carte menu of dishes (prices vary from $10 to $30 per dish) made with ingredients sourced from local farms. This dining option gives you the chance to make your own selections and come in for a shorter experience.
Dietary Requests: We source nearly all ingredients locally from OK, KS, MO, AR, and TX, and do not use out-of-season products. Our small kitchen team can accommodate vegan and diary free requests from May to December. Winter and early Spring focus on animal proteins and grains. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available year-round, except for gluten/dairy or vegetarian/dairy-free combos. Allium and nightshade free diets cannot be accommodated during summer and early Fall. Nut allergies can always be accommodated. Picky eaters and those with food preferences are welcome to enjoy our à la carte menu Tuesday-Thursday. Please e-mail us with specific dietary questions before reserving.
Multi-Course Tasting Menu
Multi-course tasting menu dinners are offered at all seating options on Fri and Sat nights only.
Since we use seasonal, local ingredients, the nightly tasting menus will change regularly, ensuring that each time you visit FarmBar, you will be treated to a unique, creative dining experience. Significant changes in the menu happen every two to three weeks. More subtle changes may happen more often.
Cost is $115/person, dinner only. (Optional wine pairings $65/person)
5-Course Prix Fixe Menu
Our new 5-course prix fixe menu dinners is offered Wed through Sat nights. On Wed and Thu nights, it is offered at our inside tables, but once you make a reservation, you can email us and request to be seated at the chef’s counter. This experience offers fewer courses, but more food on most courses to ensure you have a variety of things to try, and still leave satisfied.
Since we use seasonal, local ingredients, the nightly prix fixe menu will change regularly, ensuring that each time you visit FarmBar, you will be treated to a unique, creative dining experience. Significant changes in the menu happen every two to three weeks. More subtle changes may happen more often.
Cost is $65/person, dinner only. Paired wines may be purchased by the glass separately.
